Whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple, with friends or as a family, there’s a Kabannas space designed to suit your stay, budget and privacy needs.

What’s the difference between a Pod, Cabin, Nest and Tribe room?

Pods offer your own private sleeping space within a shared room. Cabins are compact private rooms with shared bathrooms. Nests are private ensuite rooms. Tribe rooms are larger rooms designed for families and groups.

Do all Kabannas rooms have charging points?

Yes. Every Pod, Cabin, Nest and Tribe room includes UK plug sockets, plus USB-A and USB-C charging points, so you can keep your devices topped up throughout your stay.

Are bedding and towels included?

Fresh bedding and towels are provided in all room types.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. Secure paid lockers are available, so you can make the most of your day before check-in or after check-out.

What happens if I lose my mobile or my battery dies?

If you lose your mobile device or run out of charge, please speak to a Team Member. Our team will verify your booking and help you access your room or locker.

Are Kabannas rooms clean?

Yes. Every Pod, Cabin, Nest and Tribe room is cleaned before arrival. Mattresses are also fitted with protective mattress covers for added hygiene and reassurance.

Do you provide good quality bedding?

Absolutely. We use premium-quality linen that’s soft, fresh and made for a great night’s sleep. Every bed is made up with crisp, comfortable bedding, so you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Are the mattresses comfortable?

Yes. Every Pod, Cabin, Nest and Tribe bed features a high-quality, hygienically-sealed mattress chosen for comfort and support. Whether you’re staying for one night or a few, you can expect a restful night’s sleep so you’re ready for whatever tomorrow brings.

Is Kabannas suitable for solo travellers?

Yes. Kabannas is designed for solo travellers as well as couples, families and groups. We have secure digital access, 24-hour team support and welcoming social spaces.

Are female-only Pods available?

Yes. Female-only Pod rooms are available for guests who prefer them.

What is The Commons?

The Commons is the social heart of Kabannas. It’s our welcoming shared space where guests can enjoy speciality coffee, fresh food, catch up on work, meet friends or simply relax before heading out to explore the city.

Pod

What is a Kabannas Pod?

A Pod is your own private single sleeping space within a shared room. It is designed for travellers who want comfort, privacy and value in a central city location. Shared bathrooms and secure storage lockers are close by.

Can I charge my devices in a Pod?

Yes. Every Pod has UK plug sockets, plus USB-A and USB-C charging points.

Where do I shower and brush my teeth if I’m staying in a Pod?

Pods use shared bathroom facilities with private showers and toilets. These are close by, so you won’t have far to go.

How do I keep my things safe when I’m not in my Pod?

There is a compact locker inside your Pod for smaller tech and essentials, with larger secure lockers located nearby.

Is there somewhere secure to store my belongings?

Yes. Every Pod includes a laptop-sized locker for your valuables, and you’ll also have access to a secure luggage locker just outside your Pod for larger bags. This means you can head out and explore the city knowing your belongings are safely stored.

I don’t have a lockable door to my Pod. How will I feel safe?

Pod rooms are accessed using secure digital keys, and only authorised guests can enter the room. Female-only Pod rooms are also available, and our reception team is on hand 24 hours a day if you need assistance.

Are Kabannas Pods soundproof?

Pods are designed to reduce noise as much as possible within a shared sleeping environment. No shared accommodation can be completely soundproof, but our Pods are built to create a more private and comfortable night’s sleep than a traditional dorm bed, keeping noise to an absolutely minimum.

Will my Pod feel stuffy?

No. Pods are designed with controllable fresh, filtered, tempered air, keeping your sleeping space comfortable.

Can I control the airflow in my Pod?

Your Pod has ventilation designed to keep air moving and maintain a comfortable sleeping environment.

Can I eat or drink in my Pod?

To keep the shared sleeping space comfortable for everyone, we ask that food and drinks stay out of Pod rooms. You’re welcome to enjoy food and drinks in our social spaces.

Can I have breakfast in bed in a Pod?

If you’re staying in a Pod, we’d ask that food and drinks stay in The Commons to keep the shared sleeping space comfortable for everyone. Water bottles are fine though.

Cabin

What is a Kabannas Cabin?

A Cabin is a compact private room with everything you need for a great night’s sleep. Single Cabins are designed for one guest. Double Cabins are designed for two guests. Shared bathrooms are close by.

How secure is a Cabin?

All Cabins have their own private door and are accessed using your secure digital room key through the Kabannas app.

How much space is in a Cabin?

Cabins are compact by design, but there is enough floor space to stand, move around, get dressed and get ready for a big day out.

Cabins use shared bathroom facilities with private showers and toilets. These are close by, so you won’t have far to go.

Are Kabannas Cabins soundproof?

Cabins are designed to reduce noise as much as possible. No hotel room can be completely soundproof, but Cabins are built to offer privacy, comfort and a restful night’s sleep. Your own private hotel room.

Do Cabins have fresh-air ventilation?

Yes. Cabins are designed with ventilation that helps remove old air and bring fresh air in, keeping your room comfortable throughout your stay.

Can I have breakfast in bed in a Cabin?

Absolutely. Pick up breakfast from The Commons and enjoy it in your Cabin. We won’t judge.

Nest

What is a Kabannas Nest?

A Nest is a private en-suite room designed for guests who want more space, comfort and privacy while still enjoying the Kabannas experience.

Does my Nest have air conditioning?

Yes. Every Nest includes air conditioning and ventilation, so you can set a comfortable temperature and enjoy fresh airflow throughout your stay. Whether you’re cooling down after exploring the city or settling in for the night, your Nest is designed to keep you comfortable.

Is the bathroom private in a Nest?

Yes. Nest rooms have a private en-suite bathroom for your use only.

How large is a Nest room?

A Nest room is approximately 16m².

Can I fit a cot in a Nest?

No. Unfortunately, a Nest is too compact for a cot.

How secure is a Nest room?

All Nest rooms have their own private door and are accessed using your secure digital room key through the Kabannas app.

Can I have breakfast in bed in a Nest?

Absolutely. Pick up breakfast from The Commons and enjoy breakfast in bed.

Tribe

What is a Kabannas Tribe room?

A Tribe room is a larger private room designed for families, friends and groups who want to stay together in one flexible space.

Who are Tribe rooms best for?

Tribe rooms are ideal for families, groups of friends, gig-goers, city breakers and small groups looking for affordable private accommodation in a central location.

Do Tribe rooms have charging points?

Yes. Tribe rooms include power and charging points so everyone can keep their devices topped up.

Payments and cancellations

How do I cancel or change my Kabannas booking?

If you booked through Booking.com, Expedia or another third-party site, please contact them directly.

If you booked directly with Kabannas and chose a flexible rate, you can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival for a full refund. Refunds usually take 3–5 working days to show on your card, depending on your bank.

Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Can children stay at Kabannas?

Children can stay in a Double Cabin, Nest or accessible Nest room with one adult. These rooms contain one double bed.

Guests aged 16 or 17 can stay in shared accommodation, such as a Pod, only if they are accompanied by a guest aged 18 or over. The adult guest must take responsibility for the 16 or 17 year old and remain with them throughout the stay.

Check-in

What time is check-in and check-out at Kabannas?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available, depending on availability. You can add extras on your reservation via our guest app. You will receive a message when you make your reservation and can access the app via this link.

Can I arrive early and store my bags?

Yes. Paid lockers are available for guests arriving before check-in.

Can I leave my bags after check-out?

Yes. If you’ve got more exploring to do, paid lockers are available after check-out.

Are pets allowed at Kabannas?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Kabannas, with the exception of assistance dogs. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing an assistance dog.

Is there free Wi-Fi at Kabannas?

Yes. Free, fast Wi-Fi is available throughout Kabannas.

Where can I relax if my room isn’t ready?

You’re welcome to make yourself comfortable in The Commons while we prepare your room. Grab a coffee, enjoy something to eat or simply relax before heading out to explore the city.

Food and drink

Do you serve breakfast at Kabannas London St Pancras?

Yes. Breakfast is served daily in The Commons, the social heart of Kabannas. You’ll find locally roasted speciality coffee from Mission Coffee Works, freshly baked pastries from Paul Rhodes Bakery and a menu ranging from light bites to more substantial dishes throughout the day.

Can I bring my own food?

Nope. No outside food is allowed, we have a great variety of food and drink options to suit everyone. To keep shared sleeping spaces comfortable for everyone, we ask that food and drinks aren’t taken into Pod rooms.

Can I eat in my room?

You can eat in private rooms, including Cabins, Nests and Tribe rooms. Food and drink are not permitted in shared Pod sleeping areas.

Can I work from The Commons?

Yes. The Commons is designed to be a relaxed, welcoming space whether you’re grabbing a coffee, catching up on emails, meeting friends or planning your next adventure.

Can I meet other travellers?

Absolutely. The Commons is where guests naturally come together. Whether you’re travelling solo or with friends, it’s the perfect place to eat, drink, relax or strike up a conversation.

Is The Commons only for guests?

No. The Commons is open to both guests and locals, creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.

Parking and location

Is there parking available at Kabannas London St Pancras?

Kabannas London St Pancras does not have on-site parking, but parking is available nearby.

The nearest 24-hour car park is on Marchmont Street, under the Brunswick Centre, approximately 500 metres from Kabannas. You can book in advance through NCP London Brunswick Square Car Park.

Accessibility

Is Kabannas accessible?

Yes. Kabannas has been designed to be as accessible as possible, with step-free access and accessible facilities available.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes. Accessible rooms are available. Please select an accessible room when booking or contact us before your stay if you need help choosing the right room.

Are assistance dogs welcome?

Yes. Assistance dogs are welcome at Kabannas. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing one.

How are disabled guests supported in an emergency?

Guest safety is our priority. Kabannas has evacuation procedures in place to support disabled guests and guests who may need additional assistance. Please let reception know if you may require help in an emergency.

Is there a fire evacuation lift?

Kabannas has specialist evacuation procedures and equipment to support guests who need assistance during an emergency. Please contact the team before your stay or speak to a Team Member on arrival so we can make sure the right support is in place.

Do you have female-only Pods?

Yes. Female-only Pod rooms are available for guests who prefer to stay in a women-only shared space.
