Wednesday, 2nd July | 7:30 PM – 11:00 PM | Cavern Club
Experience a night of original music at the iconic Cavern Club, featuring performances by Joe Amphlett, Dave Gardner, and Steve Roberts. This monthly event, in association with Love Lane Brewery, celebrates local talent in a historic venue.

2. Open Mic Comedy Night At Hot Water Comedy Club
Wednesday, 2nd July | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Hot Water Comedy Club
Looking for a night full of belly laughs and unexpected gems? Head over to the Hot Water Comedy Club, one of Liverpool’s most loved comedy spots, for their legendary Open Mic Night. It's a wild mix of raw talent, experimental sets, and seasoned comics testing brand new material in front of a live, energetic crowd.
Here’s how it works: nine hopefuls are drawn randomly from a hat and given their moment in the spotlight, two pro comedians jump in with unreleased bits, and to top it off, a pro headliner delivers a high-energy set to close the night with a bang.

3. Liverpool Biennial – “The Sacred Return of Lost Things”
7th June – 14th September | Citywide
The Liverpool Biennial 2025, the UK’s largest contemporary art festival, returns with a bold new theme: “The Sacred Return of Lost Things.” Expect experimental, provocative, and moving work from 30 artists around the globe—transforming unexpected spaces into immersive art installations.
Venues include the Tate, Bluecoat, FACT, and even Liverpool Cathedral, making this a citywide artistic treasure hunt. It’s free, curious, and very Liverpool. Make sure your camera roll has space—you’ll want to remember this.

4. Bees: A Story of Survival – World Museum
This isn’t just a science exhibit, it’s a stunning, multi-sensory experience that explores the secret lives of bees and their importance to the planet. Featuring real bee specimens, climate change research, and beautifully designed installations, Bees: A Story of Survival is both eye-opening and oddly therapeutic.
It’s a chill daytime option with an eco-twist, just a 10-minute walk from Kabannas.
